We believe our thought leadership position and collaborative focus are an important part of the value we deliver to our clients: We learn more when we share our knowledge and we always learn something new from each client. Talking about ideas helps us better understand them and invites others to test our thinking and improve it.
Our portfolio includes Jesse James Garrett's influential book, "The Elements of User Experience," Peter Merholz's coining of the word "blog," and our work on Measure Map (later acquired by Google), Charmr and the Aurora Browser Concept video.
As experience design consultants, we love tackling lots of different kinds of problems, but we don't always get to try all the problems that interest us. Through our R&D initiatives, we go hunting for problems nobody's asked us to take on, and put together project teams to solve them.
